At the time of signing up, I felt lost, disconnected from my husband, family and friends, and felt like there had to be more in life than where I was and what I was doing at the time. With Allie's strength and positive inspiration, each session we had together, I encountered every emotion; from laughter to tears, denial to acceptance, from shame to grace, Allie was there through it all. I don't think I would have been able to make such open, honest progress with myself, without Allie being by my virtual side. She is full of compassion, understanding and is truely a beacon of light in the darkness this world carries. She has an amazing ability to hold a safe space for those who can't hold space for themselves. I have come out of the program with more awareness and introspection, as well as compassion for myself and others, and I feel more connected to my higher power and source of divine energy. There are many tools she shared with me, and taught me to embrace my feelings, allow them to flow and take care of myself as I see fit. I know I have more work to do, this journey is not about the destiny but how we handle the journey. I have faith that Allie will always be a shining light for me to follow as I continue this journey for life. Thank you Allison for always being there when I needed you most.
