Allison Gaydish Lives in Rincon with her 3 children and husband.
She grew up in New Jersey and baton twirled competitively in Long Island from the age of 4 to 13. She also danced on the town competitive Jr dance team and a local studio. She also loved cheerleading and became the only freshman to make the Varsity team in high school. She competed from the ages 8 to 16, where she showed her passion for dance and skills in gymnastics. She won many awards for her great performances and high energy. 

Unfortunately, after traumatic life events, drugs and alcohol became part of her life and she stopped doing what she loved.
Dance.

In September 2010. She changed her life forever and chose herself and her future. She cleaned up her life and moved from NJ.
She became a young mother at the age of 19 and chose to focus on building a family and be the best mother and wife she could be.

After finding her passion for dance and fitness again during times of depression and mental illness, she knew her soul's purpose was to help others heal through the power of dance and movement.

She Graduated from Dharma Coaching Institute and is a Spiritual & Soul Purpose Life Coach.
She loves to connect deeper with women 1:1 in her coaching business I AM Alive Again.

She helps guide women to feel confident in their own skin and shares how important it is to make time for themselves and the things that make them feel Alive.

She is certified to teach DIRTYLICIOUS DANCE FITNESS - a fun and sexy choreographed cardio based workout for all dance levels.

And TURN UP DANCE FITNESS - H.I.I.T workout for all dance and fitness levels.

She encourages everyone to dance ruthlessly, live loudly and evolve unapologetically!
